A dual citizen of the U.S.A. and the Republic of Ireland, Kevin J. O’Sullivan has been practicing U.S. immigration law exclusively since 2005.
Prior to forming the Immigration Law Office of Kevin J. O’Sullivan PLLC in 2023, Kevin worked for nearly two decades at two of the largest immigration law practices in the United States. In his last role as Of Counsel at a top-rated law firm, he oversaw over a dozen attorneys as the immigrant visa (i.e. green card) supervising attorney for a Fortune 100 investment bank.
Experienced Practitioner. As an attorney with 18 years of experience in U.S. immigration, Kevin has gained extensive experience with the core business visa/green card suite. He also has significant experience assisting individuals with family-based immigration matters.
